What identification should I bring?+
Bring a current, government-issued photo ID acceptable under Virginia law. When scheduling, tell Leeza what ID you plan to use so any questions can be addressed before travel begins.

Yes. Notary Leeza is a mobile, appointment-based service and can meet at homes, offices, healthcare facilities or an agreed public location within the service area, subject to access and availability.
What should I do before the appointment?+
Have the complete document ready, but do not sign or date a signature that must be witnessed until the appointment. All required signers should be present, aware and willing, with acceptable identification.
What is a Notary Signing Agent?+
A Notary Signing Agent is a notary trained to facilitate loan-document signings. Leeza presents lender-provided documents, witnesses signatures and notarizes where required, but does not provide legal, lending or tax advice.
How is pricing determined?+
Your quote is confirmed before the appointment. It may include the authorized Virginia notarial fee, travel, printing, package size, appointment timing and other agreed services.
How quickly can I schedule?+
Advance appointments are preferred, and same-day requests may be possible when the schedule and travel radius allow. Call or email with your location, document type, number of signers and preferred time.
